    Well, thought a pic right out of the oven, flash went off, then camera shut down. I ate, turned it back on for an "after" pic, but the one right out of the oven didn't take. Oh well, guess everyone's seen ribs before.

    Would have went-ahead and finished them, but nothing else thawed for dinner for tomorrow, so I saved a piece.

    They were surprisingly good, especially since I generally just use bottled sauce. Good & tender.

    Rees...4:00 PM. Them was the ribs I got at Spains when you took me. They sure got good meat. I'll likely hit them again next year for more.

    Figured you'd be out chasin BF DD. What was the deal in Ohio? Bogus? The Wookie from DC?

    Not yet Sat.....they're still havin' single digit temps. Ain't gonna see me headed that way until that stuff stops.
