    Default The ultimate surf and turf


    Hmm.. I got 2 fillet minions,1/2 a dozen left over oysters,,1 lb of jumbo shrimp, what's a feller to do? Oyster stuffed fillets with shrimp scampi pasta. First I cut a pouch in the fillet and stuffed my oysters in, then pegged the hole with a toothpic grilled them on natural lump charcoal then did the shrimp in a cast iron skillet directly on the coals as my fire was getting low by then. Here's the finished product . Sorry i was so late posting, but i've been busy eating!k

    That kinda meal would cost big bucks if ya went out. Mannnnnnn that looks good Feesh! Man how thick is dem fillets they look fine.

    Never would have thunk to stuff oysters in those fillets. That does look and sound some kinda good. Gonna put that on the list of MS meals to try at home.
