    Wife and kids are gone shopping, so I got up and made me breakfast for one lol. Sausage Patties, homemade hashbrowns with onions and cheese, and toast and coffee.

    My mother showed me how to make the hashbrows years ago and man I love em. Course mine ain't near good as hers were.

    YOu can leave the onions and cheese out to your taste but I like it. What they are real good with is big ole grilled Ribeye steak!!! lol I like mine about half inch thick that way the get real crispy on the outside and they are real soft and mushy on the inside.
