    Thnx for reposting that recipe Handi. I was about to do it and seen where ya had already gotten it. BTW the coon brand cheese makes the best but for some reason it has gotten hard to find at our grocer.

    Thanks also, Carol already makes those and calls them sausage biscuits, didn't know they were coon biscuits. She freezes them raw and its my job to cook them in the mornings, in fact it's my job to cook breakfast every day. On edit: Carol just told me she knew they were called coon biscuits but like you its hard to find coon cheese. I never heard of coon biscuits until now.
