    WOWWWW, I knew it got bad but had no odea. Tell ya though in a week or so, it'll be a good place to go drop a jig since no one will be able to get to the far outside limits of it. I've seen some good crappie come off that pier

    There were a couple of trees down behind the spillway... One real big oak tree. Also blew my wife's brand new umbrella, which was attached to a black metal table and 30lb base all around my back yard. The umbrella was in pieces when I got home. Crazy stuff.

    That was a heck of a storm and cantcatchem was out there in it. He was in his Ranger but the starter when out on his motor when he got ready to head to the ramp before the storm got there. He tied off to a channel marker near the S-curve and it got so bad he had to cut the rope and ride it out. He's a lucky man to have made it through that one.

    WOW!.....I can't imageine being in something like that. Glad to hear that he made it and is OK.

    WOWWW, I've been out there caught on a storm and know ho bad it can be. Musta been some 6 to 7 foot waves if they tore the pier up like that. Figured he'd have posted ab\out all that by now. Guess he is still cleaning poo out his drawers LOL

    He didnt have no pull cord, it aint fun but I have cranked a 235 Johnson with the pull cord.

    Still kinda fresh on my mind.That was a close one. DD, I think my poo is what tore the pier up.Been cleanin up water logged stuff all day. +1 on Ranger,+1 on Minn Kota Terrova,-10 on Evinrude.
