Default Boat Rigging - south edition

Got started Sat after the FJ.

Couldn't do much without the right mounts for the FF, but I did mount the GPS puck.

Ordered two Rams and a Cannon from J&H this am. More later.

Quit it Maj. You're making me look bad.

A Cannon? Man, is the bent pole pattern really that bad down on the Rez?

Well, here is baby step number two. Took off the factory installed fish finder on the bow and mounted the 788 ducer to the trolling motor & ran the wiring into the bow. Spliced the 788 power cord into the wiring system, red to red, black to black but it doesn't power up. Any ideas as to why normal wiring isn't working. There is power up front, the motor tilt works.

Oh yea, got this on sale at Home Depot for $149.00. Couldn't resist, but I really, really needed that drill.:D

O you have a master power switch at the console and is it on?

Past that, go back to home depot and get a voltage meter and learn to use it.

Yeah, I'm being harsh, but you started it with the making me look bad stuff.
