Anybody know of a good reel repair shop around Memphrica? I tried to take one of my Okumas apart to let some water out of it and now the counter doesn't work. I'm sure I didn't get one of gear thingy's lined up properly or something.

I know of one in south ms, but you'd have to ship. Know another in va that's good too.

A lot like the old Wannabe... except with fewer bad words. And Karate chop action. But, yes, still purtier than you.
The best I can remember there were 2 on here last year that were working on a line counter reel. I think their names are billbob and rip a lip.:D

I know that's why I need somewhere local that can hook me for a $10 spot. It still works perfect as a normal reel but without the linecounter feature it's a just a parts reel to me.
If I'm going to pay shipping then it's going to be for shipping that will have a new one headed my way.
