Smile $$$ Ideas For What Trolling Mtr Is Worth$$$

    NEED SOME IDEAS ...

..IM THINKING OF LISTING MY CURRENT TROLLING MOTOR A MINN KOTA POWER DRIVE ( PRE V2). THE LOWER UNIT WAS ORIGINALLY A 40 LB. MOTOR BUT WHEN I REPLACED IT I WENT WITH A 70 LB. TO REPLACE IT WITH. ALSO, HAS A COPILOT ADD ON (WHICH I AM VERY FOND OF). ITS IN GOOD SHAPE AND WILL MOVE THE BOAT WHEN YOU REALLY WANT IT TOO.

    OK WHAT YA'LL THINK $___________

    HERE'S WHY:

THINKING OF GETTING A MINN KOTA I-PILOT.

I HAVE A BAD LEFT LEG SO THE FOOT CONTROL IS PRETTY MUCH USELESS UNLESS IM SITTING DOWN IF NOT ITS ONE GOOD ROUGHE WAVE AND IT'S "FAT BOY OVER THE SIDE", NOT THAT I SO MUCH MIND THAT IT'D BE JUST KINDA IMBARESSING (AFRAID A PIC MAY CIRCULATE). SO THAT IS WHY THE COPILOT HAS BEEN SO HANDY. ITS NOT SO MUCH THE STANDING THING AS IT IS ONE FOOT HIGHER THAN THE OTHER ON THE FOOT CONTROL.

    THANKS GUYS

    $300 w copilot. New a 40lb unit is like 450? I just bought the V2/US2 w/ 70 pounds was $800.

My price of $300 was assuming it was a 12V.

I'd say $400 max with it being a 70# 24V with co-pilot, but I'd take the first offer of $300 and run since it's a 1 off kind of deal having been upgraded.

Have you had a chance to try out your new-to-you pd yet? If so, how do you like it? It is also non v2 right?

I've got a 70 PD/AP/US and added co-pilot to it. Can't see why you'd need anything else, although that doesn't stop me from wanting it.

Most complain about the stow and deploy on the non V2, but I'm spry enough that it doesn't bother me.

The Auto Pilot on it is junk though unless you're in very flat water and traveling between .5 and 1.0. Will work fine for quick spider rigging on flat water, but honestly that's like 1 out of 5 trips where you want to do it.

BTW, 2008, I gave $350 shipped for mine to give you an idea.
