Default Serious question for vetern FJ fishermen.

I will be going to the Grenada FJ (Mar 12 & 13), and the enid FJ (Apr 9 & 10). Where to stay with consideration for buying minnows, parking boat and it's security, the security of all the stuff in the boat, & anything else you can think of. This will be my first time to do this, so I'm depending on your recommendations. Thanks.

George Cossar State Park at Enid has nice cabins and campgrounds. Since you have to pay an entry fee to enter, it keeps alot of folks out. I never had a problem there.

Speck, the diagram of the campground doesen't show the location of the boat ramp. Is it near. Also, do you perfer one cabin location over another? Thanks.

The cabins are all right together so it doesnt really matter which one I get. The ramp is down the road from the cabins and camp grounds about 1/2 mile.

Good luck getting a cabin, they are usually booked many months in advance. I would call them sooner rather than later.
