California Animal Agriculture

Does anyone know for sure about the following: I was told (by multiple sources) that California has outlawed raising egg-laying chickens in cages. If so, this is deeply troubling to me. If anyone knows for sure or knows a link showing this, please share. IF this is true, it will mean the beginning of the end of animal agriculture in Cali.

Dont know about chickens but they getting ready to ban black automobiles though. Claim a black vehicle puts out too many carbon emissions.

I would hope this is not true AgriHawg but I do know CA just past a law prohibiting the bobbing of tails on dairy cattle.

Yep this is the exact same genre of lunacy that prevails in the beltway today but on a national scale!

Funny thing about that is the EPA is considering a Cow-gas-Tax, where for every head of cattle a person owns they will have a tax that is to cover for the air pollution caused by the methane that escapes from cattle during flatulence

LOL, wow... hope this doesn't spill over onto the human side... I know a few that would be taxed outrageously for theirs.
