    Default G3 vs Seaark

I’m looking at either the sportsman 2100 or the protege. Can anyone point out the differences aka pros and cons of each brand as it stands between those two models. I’m moving from owning fiberglass hulls my whole life to the aluminum boat world so any real time experience is appreciated.

    Thanks Men

I’ve had a g3 ccj 18 dlx, a g3 bay 20. A seaark predator. The seaark seemed to be a heavier built boat more heavy duty. Also have had several ranger 520 glass boats. No comparison in ride . But aluminum is more resistant to damage. Love the way the rangers loaded on trailer the aluminums are a lot harder to line up on trailer. JMHO

My only experience was owning a 1852 SeaArk from 1999 to 2006.
It was a tank, never had a minutes problem or regret with it. Well built, I beat the crap out of it in rough water.
Wish I had it back sometimes.

Maybe select the better dealership first, then the boat. Sitting in them on the lot also helps. I suspect either brand will be a nice boat for you.
Maybe they will bite this one……

Im a big G3 fan. I had a V172c for several years. I loved the Yamaha outboard. When I bought my current boat I couldnt get the local G3 dealership that I had used previously to give me the time of day. If they would have I wouldnt be in a Crestliner, I wouldve had another G3.
