Fedex sucks

My filet knife has been at the facility in Topeka KS since November 29th. Its show they have had it on a vehicle for delivery twice. Now it just shows delayed with no estimated delivery date. They are going to call me back once they figure out where it is. We have had fedex deliver our stuff to my south pasture gate, driving by my house on a dead end road to get there. We have had them deliver our packages to a house 1/2 mile away and the only thing they could tell us is that they left it at a house with a green van in the driveway. My vacation starts thursday and it sure would be nice to have something I ordered the day before Thanksgiving. Is it to much to ask?

Meanwhile I ordered a siren speaker for one of our fire trucks on Sunday. It is coming from an outfit in New York. It will be here in Thursday coming UPS.

Whoever does their routing sucks. I’ve had 2 items, that I checked on, with one leaving Georgia, that may be 5 to 6 hours from me, go all the way to California. Then it went to Arizona, Texas, Kansas and Kentucky before it got to me in Indiana. Same thing with a part coming from New York. All the way to Portland and other states in between! I mean how hard is it to say I have a truck going South. Then I can put it on a truck going west and I could have in 2 days. 🤷🏻*♂️

It’s crazy, I had something fly from Los Angeles to New Jersey, trucked from NJ to Ohio and here in 3 days! I was amazed….
