    Default Napoleon Bonaparte movie

Anyone else go see it? My wife & I went to see it on Saturday. I liked it. She did not. It’s got a lot of violence in it, and a little bit of language & sexual scenes, but no nudity or F word.

I found it very engaging. I looked up some of the historical facts about it and it’s certainly not 100% accurate, but for the most part it is.

I recommend it to any history, war, action, Joaquin Phoenix fans.

I’ll probably see it at some point. Won’t be theater though, to expensive.

I can get the theater experience at home. The wife will talk through the movie and then stand between me and the screen on the good parts.

I’m not very knowledgeable about that part of history. But reading, said he conquered everything. My first thoughts were, yah don’t ask him about Cossacks or Russian winters lol.

Yep! His officers and the French govt. both told him to winter back at home and go invade Russia in the Spring, but he did not listen. Cost him almost everything.

I don’t think I made it 30 minutes. I didn’t care for it at all. I’ll give it another go at some point.
