    Default Collagen Hydrolysate

I figured that would get your attention! Seriously, my daughter Kathy, who is a nutritionist, told me to give this stuff a try for all those senior aches & pains, especially joint pain that I frequently complain about. Now I'm only 72, but I do suffer from arthritis and joint discomfort. So, I figured, what have I got to loose?

I bought two canisters of this powder on Amazon.com (link to follow). Have been using it for about a month & a half now. The VA has me doing the rubber band exercises to keep my muscles toned & fit. This helps with the arthritis, as well as general upper body strength, but was causing me joint pain, especially in my shoulders.

As of right now, I no longer have the pain in my shoulders from doing the exercises and can now do 3 sets a day with no discomfort. I'm not claiming that it's a panacea for all your woes, but it seems to have helped me out. Use it or not, I just want you to be aware that this stuff is out there and, for me anyway, it's has helped. Here's the link:

Since I have two cups of coffee every morning before breakfast, I add two heaping table spoons full to my first cup. It dissolves instantly and I can not detect a taste difference between my first & second cup of coffee.

You can order just one. But the cost is higher for a single box. Since my wife & I are using it, I order the two at a time for a slightly reduced rate. And being a prime member, there are no shipping charges. So far, with what we've been using as I described, one box/container should last an individual a month or longer. It is not cheap. But then again, what price to put on feeling good?
