    I've seen that before... They'll eat it... as long as they don't admit to them selves where it comes from.

    When I dress and butcher a deer... the back strap is going into the skillet while I carve up the rest... YUM backstrap steaks and eggs and gravy and buttermilk Grands biscuits.
