How to Replace a Jenn-Air Oven Door Gasket | eHow.com
Don't sell yourself short check this out. Good luck!
I have an early model Jenn Aire stove. The oven gasket need replacing. How in the world do you change it? I looked at the ones at stores, and they just snap in place. Mine looks like it is sealed by the inside window?

I read that article. My unit was built before the snap in type gaskets. I dont see any screws around the peek thru window. it is a 1991 model.

Sorry the article did not help on your model. We have a appliance part sales place in town and the owner is good to give out info on how to repairs. They closed at noon Sat.
Send me a PM with your model # and I will stop by the place Monday, pick his brain or review his repair manuals and then update you.
Regards, SirBob
Thanks, I will check on this Monday.

When I first saw the title of this thread I was thinking maybe ol EB was finally looking for some help in getting out of his lala land of political dementia and wanting to return to the real world.
