    You know, they deserve that penalty just for being that stupid! Why in the world would you travel that far to poach Smallies? It's not like TN has some great Smallie fishing. And if it was a meat haul you wanted, TN has some pretty good Crappie and Catfishing. Not to mention LM's.

    Bet they wish they'd stayed home and fished!
