    Hide (don't want to reveal yoursel) and fire a shot at the offending cars as they stop.

    Ok, sounds crazy, but hear me out. Are they going to call the cops? Well, if they have a car full of drugs, no way. Either will the guy on the bike. Will they meet one another again on your street? Again, no way.
