    It doesn't matter which ver of IE you use. Nearly every virus ever written is geared toward IE, my choice is Firefox.

    Absolutely.....download & install FireFox and they you can either ignor IE or delete it, as previously instructed.

    Yes, you do. I use Firefox exclusively, but, left IE on the PC with no privacy settings so I can snoop on what the young 'uns are doing on line.

    I have firefox and I like it however my child uses IE, and there are some things I would like to have removed from there. I will see what i can find

    well I downloaded Firefox and I do like it BUT.......in IE I have like a gazillion things saved under Favorites and I dont want to go to each of these sights in Firefox to resave them
    I can only wish to be as good as my dog thinks I am

    Click on "Import"

    I switched to Firefox so long ago that I'm not certain I remember, but, I think the favorites transferred automatically from IE to FF?
