If you dont think Iraq had weapons of mass destruction, go ask the Kurds who were a target of Hussiens attempt of ethnic cleansing, they were attacked with WMD, OOOOOHHHHH!, but you think WMD equals nuclear huh?
Exactly how long did Saddam hold the inspectors at bay until he "allowed them to inspect"?...........seems like it was close to year, you can move a bunch of stuff around in the desert in that amount of time..........and I guess that even though every country surrounding Iraq has deep Al Queda ties, I guess it would insane to think there was any collaboration, especially since the hatred toward Americans is there sole purpose of life...............and as far as the lapse in time before the all mighty messiah himself took his sweet time to address the recent highjack situation to Americans but jumped on the Cheney so quick............has everybody already forgot how long he took to address the Fort Hood attacks?..........."Don't jump to conclusioins" he said, eveb cracking a joke to a crowd before he found time to mosey down there.......W however did make an undisclosed (his choice) visit promptly.

so i guess he should bomb fort hood since there is terrorist there>? al queda has deep iraqi ties now since we took out there dictator and cant keep anyone out of the country.

little history lesson for ya. saddam was a sunni muslim, al queda are shiite muslims. these two muslim sects have been warring for 2000 years and continue to kill each other to this day with bomb attacks and whatnot. when saddam was in power he did rule with an iron fist and was an oppressive dictator but he did keep that fundamentalist shiites under control . there is tons of countries with rulers just as bad or worse. no saddam wasnt correct in killing a couple hundred or thousand kurds but is it our role to use this as an excuse to raid the country. look all over africa and you will see governments that are killing millions of people and are also terrorist havens but since they dont have any natural resourse we want we arent all hell bent for leather to invade them under false pretenses

you still never answered my question about whether you feel safer flying today then you did on september 12,2001 but i figured you would dodge that one.

im not saying this administration is doing a great job in the least bit but people tend to think that george w was the best president ever and he got us in most of this crap.

Wrong. Al Qaeda is Sunni, too. Hezbollah is the only major Shiite terrorist group. (Hamas is also Sunni.)

I'd love to stay and debate Muslim theology, but I've gotta get back to the Three Stooges marathon on AMC.

    but just my opinion
Thanks for the opinion. I appreciate it. Just one of the many reasons I spent 21 years in the military, making sure you could have one. Many in this world dont get to have one or dare to voice it if they do.

Your opinion is flawed. I can say that as not only have I "been there and done that", I have spent a vast majority of my time in the military over seas there as opposed to watching it on CNN and know different first hand.

You claim were after Bin Laden now? I seriously doubt it. At least you wouldnt know if given the current rules of engagment of enemy combatants. Its so pathetic I dont know why we even try anymore. Think its easy? No there aint nothing easy when your in the mountains along the Pakistan border on a "camping vacation" humping 30-40 lbs of ammo and getting shot at while your cold and hungry and got your hands tied behind your back in red tape hoping OSB will be stupid enough to leave the safety of Western Pakistan. He might be cocky but he aint dumb!

Ill grant you that Bush aint the sharpest tack in the desk drawer. He made a few mistakes and under estimated a few things to say the least in my opinion. Wars are won by those who dare, appeasement will never work in the middle east. I would much rather follow a man with conviction than a man concerned only with image. Obama just doesnt get that and probably still wont even after the white house is glowing in the dark for the next 250 million years. At that point, if we reach it, Hope and Change is about all your going to have left to hold on to. Now that would be something you can thank Obama for.

I'd still rather hunt with Dick Chaney than ride with Ted Kennedy.

Perhaps you are too young to remember Teddy's "inabilities" behind the wheel. Unfortunately, his victim was left to die. Chaney's accidental shooting victim lived..

I think you are confused at who you are yelling at. I made a mistake on how i responded to your quote earlier on the fear of flying. I actually tried to address each point that you made including that one. I suggest that you scroll back and check it out. Or better yet, why don't you just forget about it.

first noone is yelling, and your full of crap if you felt safe to fly the day after 9/11 which happened on bushes watch , he really was taking care of business that day huh and they had warning it would happen

we were attacked once on american soil by terrorist during clintons time and 8 people died and once on bushes and 3000 died. it is funny how you put off 9/11 to over a year before it happened and blame it on clinton and how you trying to blame the stock market crash on a man who wasnt even elected yet and happened cause of a couple of companies faking books and paying there execs retardedly on bushes watch not on people worried about who was being elected.. but i guess george w farts sunshine and rainbows.

yes 9/11 was worse then pearl harbor which was another travesty and im not trying to minimize pearl harbor in the least 2974 on 9/11 2403 in pearl harbor
