    Default Table Rock boat sinking

Not trying to play Monday morning quarterback, ......after watching video minutes before boat sank,......Why didn't captain hand out life jackets and start having people abandon ship?
Boat was clearly taking on water and getting lower and lower......such a tragedy

My thoughts were why are they still in business. This is not the first time they have proved to not be sea worthy.

Those are questions that may never be answered.
From what I understand the first time it happens the overhead canopy didn’t allow the passengers to escape.....I am not sure how they can stay in business.

That's what I thought too Danny. I remember this happening in Hot Springs I believe. I understand that any business can have a one off accident that doesn't mean the business needs to shut doors, but this doesn't seem like a very safe tourist attraction at any location. If they continue to operate, mandatory life vests, open boat sides or top, and weather monitoring should all be required IMO. For my family, we'll never ride one.

Your US Coast Guard says they are (sea worthy). Of course with the right conditions. Human Error is what caused this. IMO

With so many aboard, a state of panic probably set in. Storms, wind and rain are noisy. I would have gone to the first bank to ride it out. Just had to be there I guess. So many questions...prayers for all.
