Do you and your students reflect on their hands on training? If so how?
Ephesians 1:13
The guy in the white T-shirt and white hard hat it truly a hands on guy.

Yes they do, they are taught on all the calculations and sizing of said equipment. In theory, it works. I want my students to approach the equipment utilized in this business with knowing what goes where, and why. Yes, fine engineers they will be - as long as they know the nuts and bolts how things work. I can arrive at drilling rig and do everyone's job there. I want them to do the same. That's what I do.
Ann bought one of those electric "fryers" - can't believe. She says her friends love them. Told her it's a miniature convection oven, that's all it is. She says it's better than heating up the oven for my tator tots. Guess she has a point. She says she will pull some fish out of the freezer and "fry" some squash and zucchini along with it. I said not tonight, I'm dealing with BBQ. We'll see how it goes later this week.

Dot and I love ours.....we cook with it about 4 times a week now....i know its a mini convection oven....but with a little olive oil spray all the meat I have cooked looks and tastes better than fried.....whole lot healthier....80 percent less fat calories. It does crappie fillets and chicken wings great. Baked potatoes are good too....spray them with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
