I'm still kicking the idea around. I've heard several people say we have some of the best ground in Concordia parish so I decided to make a garden. It's doing real well so far I've had a lot of help with lsu ag department Callie miller and Katern fountano . Helena chemical company did my soil testing and give me some pointers. I don't know if this garden is fair, good, excellent, I do know that all my vegetables are loaded. I haven't had a bug problem yet and I haven't seen any splitting or rot on my tamatoes yet.

From a fisherman to a farmer. That's almost living off the land. Don't look like y'all will have a shortage of tomatoes.
