Had some saturday in Jackson Tn. at a restaurant called Isabella's La. Bistro. The chef is a former jockey from NOLA and also rode in Lafayette. He and his wife come from families who have always been cooks or chefs. The shrimp and grits was outstanding, but the gumbo was the best Mae and I ever ate. And we have eaten a lot. The bread pudding was too sweet, though.
