Thread: Bragging on HIM

I went through something very similar to that a few years ago. Turned it over to the Lord and trusted Him for the outcome. The change that came out of that crisis situation has been better for me and my family than anything we could have dreamed of. May God continue to bless you and your's my friend.

I agree that it makes sense, but made it stressful for a minute or two...but God looked out for me as I prayed for him to. There was a position with the same company I've worked for almost 23 yrs....based out of Bossier, New Orleans OR Biloxi, so I qualified, and my analytics background prepared me for the role in ways most external candidates wouldn't be. He kept me calm and reassured over the past month, and I never even looked for another job after I applied for it. I found out today it's been open since Labor Day, so I like to think He was saving it for me. I went through 4 rounds of interviews among 1 GM, 1 Asst GM, and 4 Vice Pres....and got the job offer today, even with an unexpected small bump in pay. God is good to me, and I am grateful.
