Thread: Cellos !

Did you say "Grapefruit jelly." I have never heard of such, but I do love grapefruit. You certainly have my attention with grapefruit jelly since I am a non-alcoholic kind of guy.

Preparation for the first batch of grapefruit jellies. For some reason, had the best crop of grapefruit this year than ever. I prefer the pink variety:



Jarred up tight. Rinds are for cellos. This has an excellent flavor, never have had anything like this.



Will continue tomorrow. Have New Years dinner things to do. Thought I'd share.
