    Default Cars Of Germany

Made a 2 week to Germany in early September. Went with a group of automotive folks from around the US.

The trip was to visit all the car manufactures museums and factory's around the country. Flew into Munich to start. All travel was by train, subway and a few short bus routes.
A lot of history in Germany. The Tractor is PPG's, on loan to the Porsche Museum
Got hundreds of pictures. Here's a sample.

FYI the beer is cold in Germany.

    Stuttgart-Porsche-Mercedes-Benz
    Wolfsburg-VW
    Leipzig-Johann Sebastian Bach
    Rostock-CAT/MEK
    Berlin-Bike Tour
    Flew home out of Berlin

Cool JR, was wondering if the beer was cold in Germany. Wasn't in the UK the last few times over there.

We had some Germans come to our shop before I retired and we took them to lunch. They wanted hot beer so the waiter went out back and got them some. They did enjoy the crawfish.

Awesome post JR. It was not real cold in the mid 70's when I was stationed there. It was just cool, but I thought their beer tasted better that way. Lots of experience, lived next to a bar. Had a couple Bitburg Beers last week in Fredericksburg Tx. Enjoyed the pics.

Nice pics JR. Looked like a fun trip. I was stationed in Boblingen, which is just outside Stuttgart. Beautiful country over there.
