    Between school and sports, I don't get enough time to bring my kids. At 9 years old, my son is wishin he was fishin!

    Well, actually, this applies to any "weekday" day of the year......VEHICLE TRAFFIC......I used to think weekends were bad because of more boats on the water.....but, I would rather fight the boat traffic on weekends than the vehicle traffic around Baton Rouge......due to a lot of plant workers going to work early, I have to get across the Mississippi river bridge by 4:30 AM in order to stay out of a really bad traffic jam.....I have a 40 mile drive to Henderson and it gets light enough to launch around 6:45-7 AM......but the 4:30 crossing puts me there way to early....but weekends I can sleep later and avoid traffic....no brainer....
