Default ................and Thanks For All The Fish

Our neighbors have a camp down in Cocadrie and spend most summer weekends there limiting out in red fish more often than not. We always trading stuff back and forth and they often drop off a couple big fresh caught Reds they fish the morning before coming home and share that catch with the 'hood' . Here is the story with a recipe fo one of our favorite dishes for these wonderful fish.

Cappy I'm not fond of redfish but fixed like that I'd be willing to dig in. With the ingredients you used it's got to taste good.

Very good Cappy the way you prepared it. Like Gene, I'm not too fond of redfish (or any type of drum), nor catfish. But, that definitely works for me. Looking forward for you to make us something good at the Toledo Bend gathering.
