Hey Cappy I love grilled and oven roasted veggies. I wakes up the natural sugars in them. If you want to try something good smoke all the ingredients plus a few carrots but not the herbs for a marinara till tender. Then puree. Makes the best pizza and spaghetti sauce you will ever taste.

There were a few carrots in there and this sounds right up Peggy's alley she is all about natural ingredients.

Ponca City is outside of Tulsa, OK. Been there, oil and gas industry.

Dennis - that is serious. Haven't seen that before. Excellent. Thanks for posting.

Only got a pic of the finished eggs.
We were discussing smoked eggs on another forum I moderate.
The bacon on a stick was great.
I'm thinking a person could peel an egg, wrap it in sausage and have smoked scotch eggs.
The onion was cored and filled with garlic and butter.
Ponca is 90 miles west of Tulsa, 90 miles south of Wichita, and 100 miles north of Oklahoma City.
