Default Smoked some bacon wrapped shrimp this afternoon

Was going to do a pork loin stuffed pineapple wrapped in bacon but Winn Dixie pineapple were way to under ripe. This works, drizzle on some teriyaki/pineapple juice along with some coarse black pepper. Smoked nicely:

Put a couple on a plate to snack on. Never mind the small plate with an imperfection on it. I collect Fiesta ware and use it on a regular basis, it's way too cool:

Works for us. Thanks for looking.

The only imperfection I see on that plate is not enough shrimp.

Nice Randy. You should be called Grillinman! I am marinating a deer backstrap. Gonna stuff it with spinach/cream cheese and a few spices before I bacon wrap it and oven smoke it. I'll post if it comes out good.
