    What to do with your spring radish crop. This tongue twister of a treat is tasty.

    never heard of radish relish.....but it looks and sounds good

    Give a chubby Cajun a bowl of radishes and a search engine and ya gonna find something to do with them. Kinda glad no one suggested fermenting them or Ida prolly tried it.

    Yes the thing that lives permanently on dispay on our island is a fruit press. Peggy refers to stuff like that as kitchen jewelry. We use it mainly to squeeze our citrus.

    Sorry Randy we too far south for apples, so we go the hard lemon aide route. What us old boat trash call grog.
