Default Good Ole Home Fried Chicken

Peggy can't eat store bought fried chicken cause of the wheat flour. Lucky for her I always have fried mine in corn flour. Here is all the pictures and story:

Ohhh ya can season the chicken real heavy and the egg wash but not the Zatairan ya want the chicken to be the star. Add some bacon bits cream corn and onion to the onion ring batter if ya got some left makes great hush puppies

Thanks man we like ours still al lil crunchy so we slice them kinda thick, and only fry em less than a minute per side. Just till browned. Pickle slices are great that way too and one of Pegs favorites.
