Very nice Saute86!! All I currently have are strawberries growing, here in Oklahoma it has gotten down to 10 degrees at the house.
PPG that is a killer Greenhouse, hopefully I can have one like that some day!

The Fisherman is right, we finally were able to get our Satsuma jelly to set properly by doing everything exact. Made a huge difference, not like doing berries. You don't know how many times we have tried this through the years:
We'll put away a bunch more this weekend.
Gene: That greenhouse is excellent! First class for sure. That my friend is the way it's done. Very much enjoyed the picture. Don't want to show Ann, otherwise that will be on the list of things to do around here. She's been talking about that for at least the past 10 years. Thanks for posting!

Thanks for the comments on the green house. Randy that jelly looks great. How do you process your satsumas. I have a tree full of tangerines right now ready for picking and I would like to try some jelly.
Stormcloud you're right about that, we eat well out of our garden.
Saute have you considered a hoop house. You can bend you own tubing and save a lot of money. you can also build them with roll up sides. It's an investment but it pays back great dividends.

I am building my cold frames as mini hoop houses. Next winter I am going to build a hoop house to try and grow spring and summer vegetables during the winter. But to convert my main garden to the hoop style I would have to build 3 houses side by side. I looked hard at hoops. I was able to do this with just the cost of the visqueen. The lumber was all reclaimed forming boards. Mine is more of a protected garden than a greenhouse. I like the ability to go from open garden to green house in 5 to 10 minutes. The only time I keep my garden covered is when there is a chance of frost or colder.
Tracker I always use a Pyrex measuring cup or I weigh my ingredients. Plastic measuring cups or scoops just aren't as accurate. The best is to weigh your ingredients. Sugar is like juice its volume equals its weight. That's some good looking jelly. Have you tried making Meyers lemon jelly yet? Lemon jelly and smoked salmon were made for each other.
Saute, I like what you have. It's nice and simple and it works. I like simple.

Yes me too.....lol. The main problem I am having is the plastic hanging up on the fence when covering and uncovering alone. Next year I am going to put pvc pipes just above the fence to help it slide and not snag.
