Shenadoah eye clinic on jones creek has a pretty good selection on polarized prescription glasses just so you know
I don't wear sunglasses....I get my prescription glasses with transition lenses.....been using this type for 19 years now and I like them. Go outside they turn dark.....go inside and they turn clear.
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

Check the eye glass store at Walmart. My neighbor gets his prescription sun glasses there. Don't know if they are polarized or not but good looking glasses.

You can get prescription polarized glasses from your Dr. They cost a little more but are worth it. Other than that there are some polarized glassed made to fit over you prescription glasses, I think they are called cocoons. Cocoons also make a clip on that attaches to you current glasses which are less hassle than the fit over glasses.

I went to walmart with my prescription and picked ouy a pair of black plastic frames on sale for $30(fishing style). Then had them make a pair for me. $80 for lenses. Ready in 1 week. Total cost about $121 with tax. One year scratch warranty. I keep them in my main tackle bag and put them on when I am fishing only. Should have bought some years ago. This is dark lenses only, not transition or bifocal. But they can do the bifocal also. Good grief, poor fish if you start seeing better. You already catch more than most of us together.

My wife always has the prescription made with the polarized lenses, it doesn't cost much more as long as you tell them up front. I believe her last pair was both transistion and polarized. They seem to work great, she hasn't bumped into anything lately!
