    Nice work.Im like some on here,most all cypress ive used was soft.Ive never had any of the old sinker cypress or reclaimed stuff.Here in SC the old houses are built of "heart pine" lumber,,its very close grain and hard as red oak.I tried to find some 2x6's to use on my boat trailer but no luck.I use to have a guys number that sawed a lot of cypress.The area where Im at isnt swampy enough and dont have any locally..Cant afford the specialty lumber store prices.
