Thx for the heads up...I used to hunt NE Nebraska, but we would clean our deer there and they would ride back quartered on ice....I'll be back in a tree bowhunting(NW Arkansas) for the week of Thxgiving when I do my annual family visit
If you or someone you know hunts whitetail in the midwest.you CANNOT enter the state of Arkansas wih your animal UNLESS you debone he meat and cape out the head! These regulations are due to CWD- I am originally from LA and know quite a few folks that hunt in IL and hav simply put their deer on a trailer and brought them home, t hat is a huge nono .They(AGFC) will stop you and seize your kill then start on you! There was a well known outdoor personality that lost a BOONER last year here in Monticello- Its not worth it guys, make sure you dot the eyes and cross the T's when hunting out of state!

Yea thanks for the heads up. What if you hunt in Arkansas? What do you have to do.
If you hunt in Ar you r fine- you can transport entire deer or quarter it - YOU CANNOT TRANSPORT DEER THRU ARKANSAS SIMPLY QUARTERED UP,IT MUST BE TOTALLY DEBONED-The ONLY bone allowed is the connective skull plate section between the antlers....PERIOD
Thanks.
