Scoot,
Hope you get the results you're looking for.
Some suggested getting a Mac.
Don't go to that expense.
You can download and install a LINUX Operating System Free of Charge (I like Free).
In one month Windows Operating Systems have about 400,000 attacks, Linux might get 40.
By the way did I mention that all Programs in Linux are also FREE.
All you need is a computer and a CD burner and you can get Brand new operating system FREE.

That's funny.. the other day when we were at Best Buy, the woman working in the computer section was telling us that the Mac's aren't as popular, therefore the hackers don't target them.
You can't fish with a hung line!
Linux is definitely better than Windows. I used window's PC's for about 10 years. About 4 of those was with Windows Millennium Edition. Since I made the jump to Mac in '05 and never looked back. If you compare specifications, Mac's and PC's aren't priced much different. Mac is maybe 200 or 300 more on average... All parts in the Mac are made by apple and helps it work more seamlessly. There are a few viruses out there for mac, but Nothing at all, not even an update for a program or your operating system can download without you putting in your password each and every time. My friends and I have had the same computers for 5 years... we've bought others since then but only because we needed more harddrive room. They don't wear out like a PC will. I've never had one crash or freeze up or randomly give me error messages. It is the most popular laptop in American Universities... Everyone has there on ideas of what they want in a computer... But you couldn't pay me to swap back over. I do hear the new windows is a lot more predictable... I'm glad they're finally catching on =)
