I get that tacky gummy feeling and of course the Pyrex cups are hard to clean up too! I'm thinking of just putting the dual injector nodule on the mold and then aim at getting the injectors aligned and shoot that way. I may have to try to heat the plastic hotter than Dead On says too. I try to hit 350 and may have to incorporate another microwave. You got a better Idea?
OK I used 2 microwave ovens make sure that you have both Pyrex cups at the proximately same temperature and then try it with your Duel injector make sure everything is either room temperature including your injectors normally if you were running around 350 in both of the pyrex cups you should be just fine.

Thanks Bob it's probably me being too slow. I'll get it down pat just hate wasting plastic and time. My microwave is maybe in need of a junk yard run. I'll keep at it until I get it right!

It took me quite a while to learn all the tricks of the trade and we are still learning.

Put the blending block in the mold aligned how you want it & then fill dual injector & inject mold. Shouldn't be a problem for you at all. Just develop a system that works & stay with it.
