    I fished there 2 weeks ago and caught some big females shallow but I dont know what their doing now. Good Luck

    Default How about Hickory?

    Fished Sunday evening for a couple hours but didn't do too well. Did catch a few with the wife catching the biggest one. Measured 13 inches. Not bad for a Hickory crappie. Fished Little River or in the Bethleham Marina area mostly. Water temps then were 59 to 60. Caught everything on John Deer green or blue green curly tails. Water was a little stained.Fish were holding tight to structure.

    Got to fish from about 9 till 2 today. Caught a mixed bag of fish: coontails, white bass, bluegill, catfish and Crappie. All together two of us caught about 40 fish brought home enough for supper and left the rest for another day. Water temp was in the 50s and caught fish from 15' ledges up to 1 1/2' on brush. Almost all the keepers were shallow and tight to brush. Minnows and white/chart road runners
