I rode to the ramp this morning on the way to work. Water was up and muddy. The parking lot was full. Several with trailers but most were bank fisherman fishing down river after the 1st turn. Did see one guy launch a small 16' skift. He backed down the intire length of the ramp with his back tires of the truck almost going off the ramp. His trailer had small tires so it finally floated off. For of those of you that go I would still back down and launch to the left of the end of the ramp.
The bank fisherman I saw at the ramp told me that they had been filling up 5 gal buckets all week long. He was heading down that way with 2 buckets, about 8 rods, cooler, and a chair. (LOL)
BUZZZZ ( just sitting here waiting for the white bass run. Wont be long)
That makes two of us. LOL I need to get with you and find a spot to fish the
Flat. I met a guy at Falls that fishes it and said it was prime territory.
