Don’t know where you are located but Burris Marine in New London (Badin Lake) is a MK dealer and warranty service.

If it is a water issue and not structural, try JB Weld or Silicone. If you have the type that slides through the control housing, you may need to sand any excess material.

You can do that yourself, very easy. Just order the parts (about $60) and its a 20 minute fix, if that. Youtube will show you exactly how, but its pretty easy to figure out just by looking.

The shafts of minnkota are warrantied for life though, if there is a service shop near you that isnt a 30-90 day wait. Minnkota probably wouldnt send you parts under warranty, but you could try.
