Default 2023 MP Church Tournament Results

Thank You Lord for another great tournament. Lots of boats, lots of wind, lots of fish, lots of fun and lots of money raised. $2500 and some change at last count. Thanks to all who fished and sponsored. Lots of new faces and lots from South Carolina. Hope you can read the results on the photo. Name: IMG_0451.jpg

Thank you for putting this together. We had a great day. Wind was a bit tough but that’s fishing. My partner had never been in a tournament. And only second crappie outing. She did well for the conditions. Good to see some old friends and maybe found some new ones. Again Thanks. Hope to see ya next time. And Thanks to all sponsees and donors. Special Thanks to Mr. Ed Dukes. Very great person.

Thank y’all for coming up. We need more husband/wife teams and parent/child teams.

Yeah I know how it is. There are only so many Saturdays and so many activities these days. When we started (14 years ago), we were the only tournament in the fall. Since then so many trails have developed. Most back then were in the spring. I could name 10+/- boats that were not there but we are thankful and blessed with what we have and not what we don't have. This tournament could easily be 50 boats strong if all the stars just happen to line up perfectly. If the good Lord willing, we will do it again the first Saturday in October (5th) 2024.

High Rock Lake is located on the Rowan County and Davidson County Lines. The nearest cities would be Salisbury and Lexington. Northeast of Charlotte.
