    Default Jordan

Made my annual trip yesterday, I know it was a cold front and windy day, but surprised that only a few boats showed up. No one stayed as there was no bite and the wind was ruff. Did I miss the party at Ferrington Bridge this year or was it just a bad day? May go down one more time but if the party is over I will stay on High Rock. Your thoughts please!

You probably better off to stay on the rock.

Typically the armada is at Farrington in October and down at the 64 bridge the latter part of November and December. I know of two 2# crappie caught at the Farrington bridge this week. I went yesterday as well to see if the big ones have shown up at the S-curves yet and they have not. There were some average fish around, but the water is still too warm. A strong NE wind with whitecaps makes a lot of places on Jordan hard to fish.
