    Default Jordan Report

Got out for a few hours this afternoon to fish Robeson Creek. The water is still pretty muddy from all the rain last week, with the surface temp between 61-63 degrees. I marked patches of fish between 10-15 ft, but getting bites was tough. I pulled crankbaits and managed to catch only one keeper, 3 shorts, and 2 perch in a few hours of trolling the creek. 350 series Arkie crappie cranks in Sexee Shad did the trick. Hopefully, once the water clears up a bit, the bite will pick up.

    Tight lines!

Just watched Chippo's Youtube video from Jordan yesterday and he had a tough time finding crappie. When the water is high like it is, I think they go up in the trees to feed. No way to catch them up there.
