I went out this morning and it was very windy and rainy. Wasn’t that rough for my boat, but really difficult to fish. So I’m just gonna play in bass pro shops today and go back out tomorrow

I fished Farrington today. It was windy, it rained, it wasn’t that bad. Water was stained, slightly muddy, and a fair amount of leaves and pine straw flowing. Water temp 70.
I got 34 (on the clicker) and kept 6 big ones. All on jigs, didn’t bring live bait. I tightline trolled at .8-1.1 and covered a ton of area. Can’t really say they’re in any type of pattern. Fish and bait are all scattered. I did the best in 12-18’ of water.
Im going to try to get down there again middle of next week. Good luck this weekend, if you can get on them, they’re biting.

Went out for 1 hour or less this afternoon and picked off a few on jigs and minnows, spot locked on some structure in about 23 foot of water and had some bait around. Suspended about 10-14 foot, bite was pretty good. Gonna try to get back out on em tomorrow. Good luck to you all

I looked at that portion of lake and a little before it, but I put in around 64 bridge and don’t know how to run the lake. Any tips on running this lake?

I’m really only familiar with the lake north of 64, so no tips for the southern part. North of 64 about halfway to Farrington there is a massive stump field. Keep to the east side and stay inside the buoys, the channel is marked. Slow down and you’ll be fine. Aside from that, get a good map and watch for the shallow areas.

Historically, the armada will be at the Farrington bridge in October and will be at the 64 bridge by December. We've been off Jordan for several weeks because of a tournament up on Kerr lake. Will be nice to be back on our home lake. If you see a black Tracker Targa, it will be Charles and myself running around. Typically we would be long-lining above the Farrington bridge this time of year, but have a couple of places to check out first. The Bigeyecrappieman tournament is in mid-November and we're determined to find out where those 2 lb.'ers hang out this time of year.
