We do good around docks but casting jigs. Never do that great with minnows and rocks for some reason. If they are pulling water you can usually ring some on the outside corner post of deeper docks. Reel real slow.
Headed to Tillery tomorrow morning. I'm sure it's going to be crowded with the nice weather, but its the only day my buddies could go. Game plan is head up river away from the majority of pleasure boaters hopefully. We will be in a green 2072 G3, stop and say hey, swap fishing reports if ya see us. Planning on fishing minnows under corks shallow and around structure close to shallows. Anyone ever fish docks at Tillery? Ive tried in the past with minimal luck I usually do better around natural structure there, but I'm probably on the wrong docks knowing my luck.

Minnows and docks. Not minnows and rocks. Lol
Water is dirty and right now there is a good 300 boats on the lake, two game warden boats and I’ve seen a couple boats getting towed by other boats, I’ll continue to sit in the recliner and watch the caous
Well we caught some nice bream, some bass with one going about 4lbs, but no crappie. By noon it was getting pretty crazy out there, saw the chaos gobbler described, was in the middle of it, had to leave. Watched the game warden steadily pulling people over for not abiding the no wake zone at the bridge. All in all was still a nice day on the water with friends, we caught some nice fish, just no crappie. With all the people on the water I'll be night fishing from now on unless its middle of the week.
Caught some good crappies early. Fished in mouths of creeks 18-20 of water 14-15 feet down. Brought home 14 with no eggs at all.
