Below is the official proclamation from the Army Corp on Kerr Lake. Are there non-Corp boat ramps that are open? Jordan is an Army corp lake, but a number of the ramps are run by both the NC Wildlife and the NC Parks Service. The spawn is pretty much over down here and would like to take a trip to Kerr. The next-to-last paragraph is the important one.
