I have lakemaster and have fished on boats with navionics on norman. I only fish norman but the differences in detail from lakemaster is amazing not only do they mark creek channels better but the depth range numbers are better. When trolling they give a lot more detail

Lakemaster 2.0 my choice. Humminbird included Jordan and Harris on 1.0. They just added Falls on the 2.0.

The top picture below is Navionics on Badin from last November. The second picture is the community hole on Jordan. One point here is that Humminbird just made a huge upgrade to the Solix. It has made the chart the chart feature better.

Is this the Lakemaster Plus or just the regular Lakemaster?

One other point I should make is that we have Minn Kota I-pilot. Quite often I will use the "Follow the Contour" or "Follow a Route" feature. Obviously, having a Humminbird map working with the Humminbird Solix and using a Minn Kota trolling motor all made by Johnson Outdoors makes everything work together much better.

Correct me if I,m wrong, but I think you need MidAtlantic States Plus V2.0 for NC lakes. Thinking of getting one myself.

I correct myself one more time--there is a Mid-South, but it is Texas, Mississippi, Arkansas and other states in that area. Mid-Atlantic is Delaware, Maryland, North & South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia.

I noticed that it comes with a full size SD card and a microSD card. Can you upload it on your computer at home and scout and drop waypoints so when you put it in your depth finder the waypoints are there and you know where to go?
