Well your posts motivated me to go give Norman a try today....
Fished for 3 hours this afternoon (1/27) and got skunked. I have definitely not learned the art of shooting docks yet.
I did manage a 2lb spotted bass on the little jig though.

I fished docks in 20-12 feet of water and also tried around a bridge with 18-20 fow. Variety of colors 1/16 oz jigs.

I am extremely new to crappie fishing, I’ve fished my whole life but trying to learn to target crappie.

Do you fish for hybrid like you do for strippers. And are you fishing just off the docks where it is dropping never fished Norman and planning to fish it this week

Yes, same way, fish around the edge of docks.find some with brush out in front of them, 20 to 30 feet of water.

Hadn't time to make the video yet, I will get one up this week, Got 2 to do now, we killed them today, fixing to make a report.

Fished Norman today had 13 spotted bass No crappie or stripper. Had a great day fishing. Fished minnow.
